Please read these terms carefully before using the 84bet platform. This document forms a binding agreement between you and 84bet.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the 84bet website and related services. By accessing the site or registering an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the site.

1 General Terms

84bet ("we", "our" or "platform") is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, sports betting, slots and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. Using this platform means you have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

Important: These Terms are a legally binding agreement. Please read them in full and if you have difficulty understanding any part, contact our support team.

84bet reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the site. By continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To create an account and use the gaming services on 84bet, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must be a real individual — opening an account in the name of a corporate entity is prohibited.
  • You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
  • You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
Age Verification: 84bet may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents for age verification. Account activity may be restricted or suspended until verification is complete. For persons aged 21 and above only.

Use of the site by minors is strictly prohibited. If a user creates an account with false information and their underage status is subsequently proven, all transactions will be considered void and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, notify our support team immediately and change your password.

  • Always keep accurate and up-to-date personal information in your account.
  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Log out of your account after logging in from a public device or network.

3.3 KYC Verification

To ensure the security of financial transactions, 84bet may request completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) process when necessary. This may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

84bet currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (for each method). Once funds are deposited into the account, they are generally processed instantly.

For deposits, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply for successful withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals generally take 5 to 30 minutes to complete.
  • Withdrawals are faster when the verification process has been completed.
  • Withdrawals are always sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Limits and Monitoring

84bet reserves the right to monitor unusual transaction activity. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions, and necessary steps will be taken in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Example 1: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.
Example 2: If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

  • The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
  • There may be restrictions on using the bonus in certain games.
  • Another bonus cannot be accepted while one bonus is active.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to a third party.

5.3 Other Promotions

84bet regularly launches new promotions and offers. Each promotion has its own rules and conditions, which are published at the time. 84bet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without notice.

Warning: In the event of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

Each game on 84bet has its own rules, which are described in detail in the game interface. Players are advised to read the relevant rules before starting a game.

6.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game, 84bet will make decisions based on system logs. If you notice any discrepancy in a game result, notify the support team immediately.

6.3 Validity of Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fully impartial and transparent. Live dealer games are conducted through real-time video streaming and results are determined by real physical elements (cards, roulette wheel, etc.).

  • There is no possibility of manipulation in game results — all results are completely impartial.
  • Any objection to a game result must be raised within 72 hours.
  • If there is evidence of a technical error, 84bet will review the game again.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 84bet platform:

  • Creating or using multiple accounts.
  • Using another person's account or transferring an account to a third party.
  • Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system.
  • Participating in fraudulent or hacking activities.
  • Using malware or automation software on the system.
  • Using offensive or threatening language in communications with other users.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about 84bet.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in the account being immediately and permanently closed, all balances and winnings being forfeited, and legal action being taken if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

84bet places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment, and we want all our players to play in a healthy and safe environment.

8.1 Setting Self-Limits

Users can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit will take effect after 7 days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If a player feels that gaming is becoming a problem for them, they can apply through the support team to close their account for a set period or permanently. Creating a new account during a self-exclusion period is prohibited.

10 Intellectual Property

  • Some content may be used on a limited basis for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 84bet is not liable for:

  • Disruption to the gaming experience due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Issues caused by third-party software or service providers.
  • Account security breaches resulting from the user's own negligence.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that are beyond 84bet's control.

Under no circumstances will 84bet be liable for indirect, incidental or special damages. For direct damages, 84bet's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12 Changes to Terms

84bet reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the email registered on the user's account and an announcement will be published on the site.

Advice: Visit this page regularly and check the update date. If you continue to use the platform after updated Terms have come into effect, you will be considered to have accepted the new Terms.

13 Account Closure & Suspension

13.1 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the available balance will be returned subject to applicable terms and conditions.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by 84bet

84bet may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

  • Any violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification.
  • Extended period of account inactivity.
  • As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.

In the event of an account suspension, the user will be notified by email. Any valid balance (provided fraud has not been proven) will be returned upon completion of the investigation.

14 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute regarding these terms and conditions or 84bet services, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through contact with the support team, please submit the matter to us in writing. We will provide a formal response within 7 business days.

Claim Filing Deadline: Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the incident occurring. Claims filed after this period may not be considered.
